WORKSHOP ON IMAGE ANALYSIS AND DATA MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
This is an opportunity for core facilities and researchers to present and see ideas, best practices, solutions, and challenges from imaging specialists and those that support data management related to instruments that generate large volumes of imaging data. This workshop will introduce the EnhanceR project as well as support projects that participants of EnhanceR have done or are currently working on. This will be followed by the presentation of solutions and challenges that various imaging platforms and researchers face, and then looking for topics of potential collaboration.
