This is an opportunity for members of the emerging Tn-seq community to discuss the current status of the field, and identify upcoming needs. In particular, the workshop will focus on the viability of establishing a common set of tools and workflows to streamline the complex landscape of Tn-seq analysis, and how EnhanceR can best support the Tn-seq community with this.
